I registered here some time ago, but apparently I have never introduced myself. So here goes,

I'm a 70-year-old lyricist, with a primary interest in writing lyrics for Christian songs that glorify the Lord Jesus Christ. I also write lyrics for country songs, primarily love-oriented songs (I don't write songs glorifying beer or whiskey, wife/husband cheating/beating, etc.) I would love to have some material recorded but at this stage of my life I'm not interested in, nor do I have time to waste or money to lose on chasing pipe dreams. I have about 23 years experience writing stories for a daily newspaper (retired in 2011, now writing for them again freelance). Contact me if you're interested in seeing some of my material and if you're able to compose music for the lyrics.
