7-11 JUNE 2016, 5-day Orchestral Conducting Masterclass with Maestro Alim Shakh (St. Petersburg) and the Moravian Philharmonic Orchestra (Czech Republic). Masterclass will take place in Olomouc – beautiful town from the UNESCO list.
The masterclass is suitable for students and professional conductors.
Maestro Alim Shakh was taught by famous Russian conductors and teachers - Fyodor Kozlov (1927–2003) and Ilya Musin (1904–1999), he maintains and spreads traditions of St. Petersburg Rimsky-Korsakov State Conservatory.
The program:
L. Beethoven, 7th symphony,
F. Liszt, Les Preludes,
S. Rachmaninov, Symphonic dances,
N. Rimsky-Korsakov, Sheherazade.

100 minutes podium time with the orchestra, 60 minutes in lessons with piano, a dress rehearsal and the Final concert.
