My name is Giancarlo Griscenko (but you can call me John). I’m Italian, seasoned guitar player with international experience. I'm fluent with Italian, English, French and Spanish. I can also speak Thai. I left Italy in 1993 for Thailand, where I spent my musical experiences in Hotels and Pubs of Phuket and Chiang Mai, alone and occasionally with my Band . Since 2007, I'm currently living in the Canary Islands, Tenerife. I sing, play Electric, Acoustic, Slide guitars, Harmonica, with self made tracks and real musical instruments (no royalty needed!)
I do my job with energy and enthusiasm and I especially love the South-East Asian countries. I play every kind of music (Blues, Country, R&R, Latino with more than 400 songs: Elvis, Ray Charles, Beatles, Dire Straits, Johnny Cash, Roy Orbison, Clapton, Eagles) and Soft Jazz for a quality background.

My name's Andy Foster, and I thought I'd introduce myself and get some more information about the 1 month ferry cruise contracts your advertising, as I'm always interested in new avenues for work. I live in Brighton, U.K. & I'm a self contained solo act. I play acoustic & electric guitar, tenor saxophone and I sing. I have a huge repertoire (at least 350 songs) and I'm very experienced. For the last year, as well as my U.K. based gigs I've been working for Thompson /TUI as a covering musician helping them out if they have a problem in resort. Recently I helped trial their new 'couples' brand concept in Gran Canaria before it went live this season and since May I have been covering on and off in the Grand Nastro Azzuro Hotel in Sorrento, Italy. In the past I have worked around the world playing in different band combinations - solo, duos, trios and full live bands but I now only work as a solo act. Hello!
Am applying for the cruise/ferry job.
Have been playing guitar and bass since 1996, tuba since 1998, singing since 2006, trumpet since 2009 and clarinet since 2010. Have played in original bands, covers bands, pit bands in musicals, orchestral and brass band concerts, big bands and as a solo guitarist/vocalist. Do between 2 gigs and 3 gigs a week nearly every week, gigging at bars, cafes, functions, festivals in England and abroad. Have a set list of 150 memorised songs with a folder containing another 200 songs. Would prefer to audition as used to getting gigs from other gigs or auditioning. Do you require anything or would it be a case of sorting a day to audition? Live in Leicestershire, England and drive so no worries with travel.
