Nicolaus B. Jordan (vocals) who gave the band its name “Fallback”, for each member has his or her own profession. Back when it was originally formed, Fallback Band was a five-man acoustic band, whose arsenal included the 80s hits, Jason Mraz and the like. All the members knew how to sing; blending would tear your heart out, considering the acts of Carlo P. Cuizon a.k.a. Jimboi who plays the beat box, everybody was cooperative. PROMO WRITE-UP As an acoustic band, Fallback appeared in fiestas, shows and some bars, but as they became more earnest in their intent to pursue music as a career, they encountered difficulty in lining up gigs due to their repertoire and demands of some bars. Fallback band became a show band and added a female vocalists, (Sheena Rose B. Bensi) in December of 2008 and (Sarah Beth A. Dela Cruz) in January of 2009 completing the transformation, and began working on a more pop sound. Then they industriously performed in bars, clubs and shows not just in their hometown but some other cities in the Philippines for months, building an identity. Other members like Lee Cinco a.k.a. Loloi (guitarist) and Roel Barrientos a.k.a. Owie (bass) have stayed with the group for they have developed that passion in music. Since then, Fallback Band has stayed strong and visions them to be a promising show band in the Philippines. | |||||||||
