Clarinetist: Maryanne Lacaille has garnered international acclaim as a soloist, chamber musician and educator throughout USA, Europe, Asia and South America. A couple of years ago I was invited to teach at the famous Edward Said Conservatory of Music in Ramallah. I am currently Clarinet Faculty Adjunct at serveral Colleges and Universities in the Pacific Northwest including Willamette University in Salem Oregon, Seattle Pacific University and Whitman College in Walla Walla, Washington. I am a woodwind specialist in the Seattle Public Schools and principal clarinetist with Seattle Philharmonic Orchestra for their 2011-2012 season (after taking a sabbatical returning after a one year concert tour in Africa).
Education: Master of Music in Applied Clarinet from Central Washington University in Ellensburg Washington and a Bachelor of Music in Applied Clarinet from Boston Conservatory of Music from Boston Massachusetts and advanced credits toward a Doctorate in Applied Clarinet at the University of Washington (Seattle).
