Yasmin & Julian Duo Samsaya Duo-Trio Resume

      Samsaya Variety Duo/trio encompasses the sounds of Latin styles, Jazz, R&B, and Rock/Pop in a unique way. The repertoire ranges from Bossa Nova, Tango, and Cuban music, to various Jazz styles and Show standards, to Rock/Pop songs like the Beatles and Santana, to a great soul repertoire featuring Stevie Wonder, Aretha Franklin and others. The varied repertoire allows for a versatile performance that can cater to virtually any audience.

Samsaya Duo/trio is suitable either for an intimate and quiet lounge act, or can also appear and sound like a larger band than two people. It is full enough to create a great atmosphere for dancing with a live band, but is versatile and small enough to create ambience music as a duo or trio.

Samsaya was originally created by Julian Mayer through his experience performing on cruise ships and was paired with the beautiful voice and talent of Yasmin Lozano to create the unique sound that is heard today. Later on the addition of Cooper White on Sax, keys and bass gave Samsaya a further variety of possibilities and sounds.

Since its formation in 2010, Samsaya Duo/trio has had experience playing in venues and events within Argentina, in Hotel Resorts abroad and in cruise ships:
2011 (June - August): Maldives luxury hotel resort (One and Only)
2012 (June - December): China, Lanzhou. Thuringhen German style Club
2012- 2013 (December- March): Celebrity cruises (Infinity).
2013 (June- November): Celebrity cruises (Reflection)
