David Warin Solomons Resume

      David W Solomons is an alto/countertenor and erstwhile classical guitarist who, over the past 25 years, has sung on an amateur and occasionally semi-professional basis in various churches and cathedrals in England, Ireland and France, while earning a living from daytime translation work for a Government agency (Customs and Excise).
Having retired recently from translation work, and also from regular singing at Manchester Cathedral, he plans to spend much of his time widening his compositional repertoire, creating videos and improving his website to illustrate these works, and providing support in computer knowledge and German language knowledge to fellow members of the U3A (University of the Third Age).
If texts in French, German and Italian relating to musical matters, or indeed to customs/excise matters, require translation into English (on a non-urgent basis), he will be glad to receive inquiries.
