Description:Description:GARY DAVIS & SANCTION - SEARCHIN�¢�� FOR MY LOVER Knoe1, (Smash Hit Music, Rong, Life Music, Superbreak and Natural Rhythm Music), has been aiming his tracks straight for the dance. A limited edition 7�¢�� double sider vinyl written by underground Disco pioneer Gary Davis @Chocolatestarent . The previously unreleased title track ���«Searchin for my Lover���» was sourced from original multi track tapes and reworked by DJ, producer Knoe1. The tapes were salvaged from basement sessions with Davis�¢�� teenage funk outfit Sanction, circa 1979. The lost tracks were reinterpreted in the studio by Knoe1 who mixed in his own flavor-layering live musicians and constructing a modern arrangement. The result is a contemporary classic, fusing 1970�¢��s soul with dance floor funk. The B-side compliment ���«Gotta Get Your Dub���» is another dance floor classic reworked by Knoe1 and features the powerful voice of Los Angeles soul singer Afrodyete @afrodyete6325 of Breakestra/Jungle Fire, keyboards by Weja, Dal guitar
